- Maximum single-asset loan: £2 million.

- Funding: Up to 90% Loan-to-Cost (LTC).
- Max LTGDV: Up to 70% Loan-to-Gross Development Value.
Funding is subject to the developer’s track record and financial standing, with a focus on supporting quality projects in strong markets.
